Occupational Therapy: Empowering You to Live a Meaningful Life

Meet Allie

Occupational therapist, Allie Rinehart, has been practicing for almost a decade. She received a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Tennessee. From there, she received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Being raised near Knoxville, TN (specifically Maryville), she always knew she’d move back to her roots. After serving schools in Maryville, Alcoa, Lenoir City, and Sevierville, she became passionate about furthering her knowledge and expertise with the autism population. She has received her Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) certification to help provide the most up-to-date interventions with children and adults with autism.

With Life in mOTion, LLC being an at-home therapy option, Allie feels she can best serve her clients and their families in authentic situations and settings. Being able to work closely with parents, caregivers, and support staff allows for direct communication to work on important and relevant issues. From sensory processing to problem solving strategies, Allie is ready to work on your goals!

Allie is available to pediatric and adult populations with autism or developmental delays. Book a free 15-minute virtual consult to discuss your personal goals.

Why Choose Life in mOTion, LLC?

You drive the treatment plan.

You pick the goals, and we can collaborate on how best to meet them. Especially with pediatrics, family and caregiver involvement is key to carrying over skills and strategies into your daily life.

We serve through the lifespan.

Things change, and different ages bring different challenges and goals. Some pediatric clinics stop treating at a certain age. We can serve you and your family through adulthood.

We’ll meet you where you are.

Because we are an at-home therapy provider, we can meet you where you are. If your child’s daycare makes the most sense for you, we can schedule appointments there. If you are having issues with meltdowns leaving the park, we can meet you there, too.
